- What does web hosting cost for a small business?
- It depends on what you need. A simple one-page website costs considerably less than a managed setup with monitoring and backups. After a short call we quote a fixed annual price — no hidden items, no fine print.
- Can I move my existing domain to you?
- Yes. We handle the entire transfer including DNS configuration, and make sure your website and email stay reachable throughout. You do not need to do anything technical.
- How long until my website is online?
- Once the content is available, a simple website is usually live within a few days. For migrating an existing site we plan a little more time so the switch happens without downtime.
- Do you work with clients outside Bedburg and Cologne?
- Yes. We are based in Bedburg in the Rhein-Erft district and work with clients in Cologne, across North Rhine-Westphalia, and beyond. Collaboration usually runs by email and phone, but an on-site meeting in the region is always possible.
- What happens if my website goes down?
- Your hosting is actively monitored. In most cases we see a problem before you notice it. You have one dedicated point of contact — no ticket system, no call centre.
- Where is my data stored?
- Your data is hosted exclusively on servers in Germany. Backups run automatically, as does HTTPS encryption.
- Am I tied in long term?
- The minimum term is 12 months, billed annually. After that you can cancel at any time — and you keep your domain, of course.
